How to Use Tiny, Aligned Habits to Become Your Future Self in 2026 with Kajsa Hedqvist

How to Use Tiny, Aligned Habits to Become Your Future Self in 2026 with Kajsa Hedqvist

This session will be held in Swedish!

We are so excited to welcome Kajsa Hedqvist — a certified Habit Coach and entrepreneur whose work lives in the gentle yet powerful space where vision meets everyday life.

Kajsa’s work is grounded in behavioral science, inspired by Tiny Habits by BJ Fogg, and guided by a deep understanding of how real, sustainable change actually happens. Rather than focusing on pressure, discipline, or willpower, she explores the how of change — how clarity, intuition, and intention can be translated into small, aligned actions that truly stick.

She works with ambitious female entrepreneurs who are deeply connected to their dreams, inner work, and future vision, yet sometimes find it challenging to turn that inner clarity into consistent habits, structure, and momentum in daily life.

At the heart of Kajsa’s approach is identity-based change. Through small, intentional habits, she supports women in shifting how they see themselves — from trying to change, to becoming the woman who naturally lives her intentions. The future self is not something to chase, but someone to gently step into.

In this session, Kajsa will share:

- how to build habits that support your New Year intentions and 2026 vision without forcing yourself

- why motivation isn’t the problem (and what to focus on instead)

- how small, aligned actions can create identity shifts and long-term momentum

This is for you if you already know what you want, and are ready to gently but powerfully become the version of you who lives it on a daily basis.
