ABOUT Camilla & Vendela
Camilla and Vendela are the founders of Business & Dreams, Sweden’s largest community for women in entrepreneurship on Instagram. The community has more than 35 000 followers on Instagram.
After graduating from the Stockholm School of Economics, the duo founded a boutique investment bank. They helped 40+ tech startups raise capital through their network of 1000+ international investors. For their work, they received awards such as the McKinsey Achievement Award and the WES Diversity Award for their work in equality.
With Business & Dreams, Camilla and Vendela now support female founders in growing their companies. Through their coaching program Business & Dreams Academy, they have helped hundreds of women shift their mindset and scale their companies. Their coaching program is one of the most successful for female entrepreneurs in Sweden.
Their passion for equality has led to international publicity. Their work has been featured in Forbes and they have been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. Camilla has spread their message in one of TEDx Stockholm’s most-watched talks “Why you shouldn’t be a good girl” with more than 100 000 views. The duo has been featured in media such as Dagens Nyheter, Breakit and Vogue Scandinavia.
They are regular public speakers at major events including Manifest Summit and Miljonshowen in 2025, each attracting audiences of more than 700 people.
