FAQ

  • The summit is between 8:00 am–4:30 pm. The doors open around 8:00 am.

    The event starts in the beautiful Gold Foyer where you can connect with like-minded women and meet our partners before the show starts. There will be gifts available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Gold Foyer.

  • A big part of the Summit is the experience itself, including some surprises we have planned for you. Therefore, a detailed schedule won’t be released in advance.

    Here are the most important details to help you plan your day:

    8:00 am: The day starts
    Around 11:45 am: Lunch break
    4:30 pm: The Summit ends

    Throughout the day, we'll have four different sessions, each lasting 40-90 minutes, with breaks in between.

  • Yes, Business & Dreams Summit is an event exclusively for women.

  • This day is all about your dreams and goals. If you’d like to start reflecting on them beforehand, we recommend joining our free digital workshop and challenge on 26–28 October, which many of the women will be participating in. We hope to see you there!

  • Yes! Many of our participants go solo and this is the perfect opportunity to do so and connect with other like-minded women.

  • You are more than welcome to bring a friend. Just make sure that every person attending has her own ticket.

    This also applies if you've won a ticket through one of our competition. Your friend will still need to register and have her own ticket.

    It's perfectly fine if you've booked two tickets under your own name. You and your friend can simply show both tickets together at the entrance.

  • There are no individually assigned seats. Instead, tickets are divided into three seating categories: Lower Level, Balcony, and Upper Balcony. Your seating category is indicated on your ticket and our team will be happy to guide you to the appropriate section upon arrival.

  • The dress code is Business & Glitter. Whether you go for a subtle glittery detail or a full-on glitter look, wear what makes you feel like your most empowered self.

  • Yes, we have a staffed cloakroom where you can leave your belongings for a small fee.

  • During the breaks, we recommend going to the Gold Foyer, where there will be partners exhibiting, curated products we love that you can shop and bring home with you, opportunities to mingle with like-minded women, personal branding photoshoots, beauty touch-ups, surprises and free gifts.

  • There will be a lunch break from 12 pm, giving you the opportunity to explore one of Stockholm’s many nearby coffee shops or restaurants. Since lunch is not included, you can decide which place works for you. The mingling will continue in the Gold Foyer.

    Please also note that breakfast won’t be served at the event.

  • Drinks and snacks are available to purchase. However, we want you to feel energized throughout the entire day so make sure to enjoy a proper breakfast before arriving.

    Please note that Oscarsteatern is a strictly nut-free venue.

  • For those with VIP tickets, we'll continue the celebration with an exclusive dinner at the beautiful Grand Hôtel in Stockholm.

    The evening begins at 6:30 pm with a welcome drink, followed by a delicious vegan buffet curated by the chefs at Grand Hôtel. There will be some dancing (of course!) after the dinner and we'll wrap things up shortly before midnight.

    The dress code is Gala so this is your moment to go all in.

ABOUT Camilla & Vendela

Camilla and Vendela are the founders of Business & Dreams, Sweden’s largest community for women in entrepreneurship on Instagram. The community has more than 35 000 followers on Instagram.

After graduating from the Stockholm School of Economics, the duo founded a boutique investment bank. They helped 40+ tech startups raise capital through their network of 1000+ international investors. For their work, they received awards such as the McKinsey Achievement Award and the WES Diversity Award for their work in equality.

With Business & Dreams, Camilla and Vendela now support female founders in growing their companies. Through their coaching program Business & Dreams Academy, they have helped hundreds of women shift their mindset and scale their companies. Their coaching program is one of the most successful for female entrepreneurs in Sweden.

Their passion for equality has led to international publicity. Their work has been featured in Forbes and they have been recognized on the Forbes 30 Under 30 list. Camilla has spread their message in one of TEDx Stockholm’s most-watched talks “Why you shouldn’t be a good girl” with more than 100 000 views.
