THE 4 PHASES

  • You can’t be expected to drive and know the direction of your dream life without first having a map of where it is. So in the DIRECTION phase we are setting up a strong foundation by clarifying your vision and what you deeply desire. It will make every decision from here on easier for you to make and attract the things you wish for.

  • Did you know that the biggest reason why most people don’t get what they want in life is because they have thoughts and beliefs that aren’t aligned with what they want?

    If you don’t know what these thoughts and beliefs are, that is not surprising because most of it (about 95 %) are subconscious! We therefore need to do some digging in the subconscious mind to become aware and release what is keeping us stuck which we will do in the RELEASE phase of the program.

  • After we’ve released the things that are limiting us it’s time to move into the RELEARN phase where we program new, empowering beliefs into our subconscious minds. This is the phase where you will truly thrive and expand your mind so you can make your vision a reality.

  • In the CREATE phase you are embodying and living like your future self while enjoying the happiness it brings to the entrepreneurship journey. You now have a mindset and new routines that not only helped you to achieve new results during this program, but will help you for the rest of your life with other dreams and goals.

Our life used to look good on the outside, but it didn’t feel good on the inside.

It was when we changed our programming of subconscious beliefs that everything started to shift.

We could step into our soft CEO era and reach goals with feminine ease.

For us, it all started with a dream...

A dream to help more women become successful in their business.

Straight after graduating from university, we founded a boutique investment bank. Things went quite well and we managed to raise capital for 40 tech startups from our international network of 1000+ investors that we built from scratch.

However, we soon realized that our true passion was to empower women. Leaving the finance industry and everything we built was a huge leap but we decided to follow our passion regardless.

We decided to start the Instagram account @businessanddreams. It became Sweden’s largest career network for women on Instagram and a Members’ Club with over 1000+ members.

Today we are working with our passion full-time and are empowering daily thousands of women to do the same.

We teach women how changing your mindset can create the results you truly dream about, the same way it has for us.

You might be tempted to move on to more "tangible stuff", but believe us, mindset work is the most transformational work you will ever do for your business.

Implementing what we're teaching in our own life has among other things led us to: working full-time with our passion while having our dream "pinch me" lifestyle, getting 30k+ followers on Instagram, doing a top-viewed TEDx Talk and being awarded as a Forbes 30 under 30.
