We are SO excited for our Focus Session!
This session is perfect if you have a few things you want to work on and would like to do it with a group of other like-minded women.
Here’s how it works:
1) You can join the whole session or just a shorter time period - it’s up to you!
2) We’ll use the Pomodoro method, working in 25-minute periods followed by a 5-minute break.
3) After every hour, we’ll do a short breathing exercise or guided meditation to recharge.
You don’t need to prepare anything and you can choose whether to have your camera on or off.
